Once the item is in the hands of USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or any other alternative shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for the product.  If you wish to file a claim with USPS, please file it here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

If the tracking says it was delivered, this must be addressed with the carrier in which handled it, we accept no liability in this case.
